We work hand in hand with our clients throughout every aspect of the design process. Our talented team is experienced in both interior and exterior spaces, so every project flows
seamlessly outside and in. The knowledge and experience we bring to the table allow us to help our clients understand the value and significance of each decision they make. Our process provides clients with the insight to make the right decision the first time, bringing the highest level of quality and efficiency to their project.
How long will the project take?
Quality design takes time and is always worth patience and investment. Complete design of a SMALLER-SIZED project can range anywhere from 5-10 months from THE start of THE design process through THE implementation of final details. LARGER-SCALE projects and full-scale renovations and builds can take a year or more. Proper planning and execution will save time, AND money and ultimately offer the highest quality and most thoughtful spaces.
How do you charge for design services?
Each project is tailored to you and YOUr home. At the on-site consultation, our team will review your space and goals to prepare a project scope and proposal. We will deliver the proposal within 24 hours. Our team works on a consulting hourly basis so you can tailor our design services to meet any project and even add on those smaller design challenges!
I have no idea what this will cost…What should my budget be?
We are happy to work with you to develop the right budget for your project. We know there is not a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, but we also know clients are willing to splurge in areas that make a big impact. Our team will help you navigate this and make educated decisions about where to invest and where to pull back to meet your goals, within your budget.
How do we get started?
The best place to start is with our 20 min consult call. This call is free and helps us learn about your project, and you to learn about our process. We’ll talk about timelines, budget, process, and vision. After our call we will decide if our approach and your goals align to begin the design process. If you decide to move forward we will do an on-site consult, this service is $500 and covers up to 3hrs. We will meet onsite and more comprehensively discuss the project, review specifics of the space and offer ideas and possibilities based on budget and timelines. If you choose to engage our services for your project this consultation fee is credited to your project retainer!
What if I don’t like something or want to make changes?
Our goal is to give you a beautiful and functional space that is just for you! During the design process we will review samples, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to help you see the vision. We start with inspiration spaces and ask you to provide us with a few images you feel reflect your aesthetic goals for the space. Revisions are part of the process and during the design process we will review what you like and don’t. Based on your feedback we will make revisions as needed. Client feedback is always welcomed and encouraged, this is your home and design is a collaborative process. We want to know your thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
Do I need an Interior designer?
An interior designer is as critical to a space as a builder or architect. Designers focus on the cohesive aesthetic and functional flow of the home. We comprehensively plan spaces and focus on the areas and details often OVERLOOKED by others.
